a fabulous sale


10 stalks of celery for $10! Who doesn't need ten stalks of celery?? Celery lovers unite...I'm stocking up!

I don't know!! I'm just still laughing about the prospect of buying so much celery. I wish I liked it enough to put it through my juicer. It's a bit bitter for me. :)

Or cream of celery soup. We love that. I bet that freezes well. :)

I bet it freezes fine. My mom freezes rhubarb, they are kind of similar in shape and consistency, right?

Yes, you can freeze celery, my mother does it regularly and then adds it to stews. (She's 80). Celery is good in stir fries and is helpful if you have arthritic tendencies or gout.
